Return Policy

Returns are accepted upon the following conditions:

• Customer is responsible for return shipping

• Returns accepted if notified within 14 days of delivery

• Returned item should be in its original condition

• Returning a damaged or unclean rug may include repair or cleaning fees

• Email us to initiate a return

• Refunds available in 3-5 business days of receiving the rug back
